Gear box broke on lawnboy walk behind mower/tried to get repaired at shops under warranty. All summer delay- expressed they (repair shops) did not like warranty work due to delay in getting payment from lawnboy company. Company no help on parts, or labor am currently doing the work myself. Called company representative, they were not nice at all and felt angry that I even called. They offered no help in paying for the part or nor did they advise me where to get the part. It seems to totally voids the warranty that they seem so proud of while not backing it at all.
