I had to canceled my Nov. 30 2019 - Dec. 5 7PNC91 was my reservation number. The Cheapcruises agency told me that they were not able to refund any of my money. because it was canceled after the time. I did so because I am my brothers' Power of Attorney and he I in the hospital in ICU at the point of death and I had to be present the moment he passed. But being in the cruise make my present impossible so I needed to canceled so I can be present when there was a need for me to make decisions for him and his life. I do have a letter from the hospital confirming this. Tell what do I have to do to see if I can either be refunded or use the money for another cruise as you can see I am a long time customer of yours and have been a member of your eeliest club. respond please to dcortez1@***.rr.com
