Late, third party bus with cracked driver windshield, toilet broke, no water

So sad to say Shofur did not send a quality bus, seems to be a third party contracted bus and driver Driver said he was not provided with our destination info, we had to enter unit the drivers phone GPS ourselves. There was an open beer can, half full and other trash on the bus. Bus was 1hour late.
