I have been awaiting a package that has been sitting at the Perrysburg facility since August 19th and was originally supposed to be delivered by August 23rd, then was stated to be delayed and to be delivered by the 28th. I have now called the facility 4 times. The first 3 times I was told the package would be pulled and delivered the following day. The 4th time I called I was basically hung up on. The tracking ID for this is: [protected] The facility that has my package is less than 5 miles from my residence.
