I am a subscriber to Soap Opera Digest. I have been for many years. Lately I am either not receiving my issues or they are coming really late, like one or two weeks late. I've called customer service, and they extend my subscription, but I really miss reading my magazine before the shows air on TV. The customer service rep. said they were going to check into the matter, but so far nothing has improved. As of 12/11/2020, I didn't receive my 12/14/2020 issue Please check into this matter and let me know what you find out. Thank you..
