The sales person knocked familiarly on my door as if it was a neighbor. That would have been fine had it been earlier in the day. he did not use my doorbell camera and it was almost 8:30pm, very late for a door knock solicitation. I politely declined his services and he was friendly, but somewhat pushy. User's recommendation: Do not answer the door in person but through your doorbell camera if you have one. The motion sensor will trigger, too.
