Late fees as the result of regus billing mistake

4

We transferred our account from NJ to Brookline, MA. It took Regus several months to adjust the billing. As the result, even though we have been charged and paid for the NJ office, we also got charged for the MA location, in effect double-charged. We promptly brought this up to Regus attention. Regus took some time to resolve this and did not advise us on what to do. We did not pay the wrong invoice and Regus charged a late fee. Since then, we've been diligently paying our monthly charge, but the late fees keep accumulating. The local and regional office representatives are saying they are trying to remove the late fees as it clearly was not our fault, but they are getting a response that it's out of policy. Anyone have yet to explain what type of policy is this to charge late fees for the Regus mistake. Have yet to find a way to contact management.
