Ordered May 29 with promise of 7-10 business days to ship. Finally got the shoes on 6/21, much later than expected. They charged my card on the day I ordered, not the day they shipped. They advertise free shipping and returns. Beware: YOU pay if you return. Get tracking number for proof of return. Hopefully, the refund process goes quicker than their delivery process. User's recommendation: Read their policies.
