Late Delivery and possibly lost and customer service does not respond

Tracking # [protected] I sat on the phone between Lowes and NSD 2 days ago for 1.5 hours trying to resolve the shipment of my patio set. It showed in que for 8 days in Oswego IL yet nobody could tell me if they physically had the set and what was the hold up. Lowes was the one that was actually able to get through to NSD. I am still waiting for a call back. Trying the on line chat is a joke. Keeps saying waiting for a representative. Yesterday I get notified it will ship September 9. That is totally unacceptable. First patio set NSD delivered was damaged and had to be returned. Now 8 days of MIA only to be notified I have to wait even longer. I have company coming over for a cookout and no patio set. You are less than 1 hour from me. I want the set delivered by Sept 3 at the latest
