Late delivery and not the bouquet I ordered

I ordered a bouquet, on Friday 18 December, for Christmas for a special friend to be delivered on Monday 21December and were told by LovelyFlora World that they were despatched on Saturday 19. Flowers were delivered mid morning of Wednesday 23 December. I asked my friend to send me a photo as I was concerned that they they had been in transit for 5 days. I was so shocked and upset that the flowers were a bunch of carnations and not the bouquet that I ordered. I have contacted the company a number of times and asked either for another bouquet to be sent to my friend or a refund. They have replied but just to say that they apologise for my disappointment but the flowers are the correct ones. Even after sending them photos of the "bouquet" received and the bouquet on their website they fail to acknowledge the insult. LovelyFlora World's statement on their Website which is a total lie "WE DELIVER THROUGHOUT THE UK-WE GUARANTEE FRESHNESS-GUARANTEE SATISFACTION OR WE WILL REPLACE THE BOUQUET"
