The worst experience that I had of ordering a Rakhi online. I placed an order on 8th of July for a Rakhi to be delivered in the US. There was no update from Rakhimela/Talash. On 15th I called up to check and was promised the completion of the order in the next 2-3 days. No update thereafter. Submitted a complaint on Talash and called customer service on 24th July. All I received was a ticket from the website and a audacious, rude and arrogant person who wouldn't even know what "customer service" means. After a rigmarole of excuses and offensive statements I was told that there would be a call back to confirm the status. Needless to mention that the call back never happened. On 28th I got a confirmation of the delivery... NOT from Rakhimela/Talash but from USPS where I had opted for updates on the order status. This is for the people to know how certain websites claim a lot and do less or nothing. Beware!
