Late delivery

*SOLVED

I place an order through deliveroo from 11am today and until 12.20pm no one is confirming my order from Jollibee farwaniya.. Every day I am ordering my food from them And I am facing the same problem aa well without any solution.. When we are trying to call them for 1hr they put the phone on hung!!! Very rediculous .. Same problem without any solution ? How come???
