Bought a Primo water dispenser in 6-2-2017. On 6-1-18, the hot water stopped getting hot and the cold water stopped getting cold. Unplugged for a few minutes, still didn't work. Left unplugged for the day, worked when plugged back in, but dead this morning. Glad we paid Lowe's for the 2 year extended coverage, because Primo sure isn't helping.
