Nowhere on the packaging does it say anything about it taking 2-4 hours to load a new card. WTF, this is the internet age. If you can't do stuff immediately, get the *** out of the way and let somebody who can take over. I called customer service to complain and the woman's accent was so thick I could only understand about 60% of what she was saying, but I did pick up enough to know that I was severely out of luck (SOL) when it came to getting the money on my card any quicker. Avoid these guys at all costs, it's total BS. There is no good reason for this process to take more than a few minutes. Go to Dollar General, they can get it done in seconds!!
