Last minute cancellation

Was suppose to fly out 8pm, got a email they flight was cancelled less than 4 hours before flight. Purchased hotel reservations as well as theme park tickets. Cant reach anyone by phone, have to sit on hold up to 2 hours. Or text and get instant response which doesnt allow you to let the customer care agent know how you really feel. Good thing for the agent !!!!. So then Im told that it was AIr traffic control at Orange County airport that made the call. What a crock of *** that is, we wont fly this last minute cancellation *** show of an airline again. What an FN joke. Mean while out a night of hotel cost and theme park ticket. User's recommendation: Don’t fly this s#*T show of an airline.
