Its ridiculous! i've lost 2 packages in 10 days. This company should be shut down. Its services are very poor. And im tired of losing my money cuz they don't do anything about it. People depend on delivery services because of its convenience. But when they steal, lose, damage, or deliver to wrong address. Then it becomes a problem. "bbb" will know about this!!
