Hi, I have bought Asus laptop from this shop few years ago. One day after, my laptop speaker didn't work so i went to their service center and ask them to replace laptop. They asked me to keep it there and one week time they promised me to give new one. After two weeks later they gave it back to me (Not promised time frame). Recently i wanted to inrease my ram 4 GB to 8 GB so i went to a laptop shop to get it done. In that i found out that asus agent has put some glue to fix the speaker but they told they gave me a newone. Actually this is a fraud. They mislead customers. This kind of agents ruin asus reputation. Please be kind enough to inspect these kind of agents. Thank you.
