Last year may I started using my laptop I took out with telkom and and realized that there's a small black spot at the bottom of my laptop. decided let me take it to the telkom store to look at it. Celimpilo who works for telkom helped me but also very unsure. She said to me I need to book in my laptop myself. Gave me information about platinum Warranty and they picked it up. According to them it is physical damage and said it's a crack. I knew it is a lie because it was my first time using the Laptop. So went to my own technician to check and he said it is dead picksel and it is not a crack. Spoken recently to a consultant and he said the lady at the store should have sent it to telkom repairs to check and not to a private company. I'm not sure what do do. my laptop is getting worse. User's recommendation: Vodacom or CellC.
