No matter what number I call to get my CNA license reinstated at prometrics I cannot get through it tells me to do it through whoever I'm going to l be working for my license expired 2 weeks ago and I haven't had an active Nevada CNA license how do I get through to speak to somebody at prometrics New York User's recommendation: You can't get through to anybody you only get recordings so I'd say no.
