My quarter payment was mailed 2/26/2021 (by due date) and not cashed until 5/3. Was it the USPS? Did an AmWins department sit on it? I received a letter 5/3 indicating my coverage lapsed. A customer for over 20 years and no prior issue but 1, easily resolved. Age discrimination? Take the money and run after a term period? BAD customer service. User's recommendation: Shop around.
