It was a nightmare to live there at all, in Milwaukie, OR. Over 40 Sick/starving cats are all over property on average each year who have been abandoned by tenants or dropped off randomly by strangers living underneath the buildings. urine is on all outsides of buildings and in some internal hallways. Tenants are helping them instead of mgt. taking care of chronice cat problem. Mgt. is a nightmare, tons of mistakes. Major issues with legal paperwork encurred by me. Mistakes costed Mgt. jobs twice in 6 months, old mgt. was supposed to have sold drugs to tenants. Moving out early under major duress!!!!!
