I place an order 2 + weeks ago, they advertise 1-3 days order will be shipped. I am still waiting for order just to be shipped! Email is down they say for maintenance and they won't respond to anything! I even tried to contact them via Facebook & nothing! I have NO trust in them now! Too Shady! They would at least give me a tracking number if they were on the up & up! I have nothing! Also am shy $235.67! That hurts! I am raising my teenage granddaughter, have been for 12 years! It's just her & I and I am on disability! She needs clothing and I need what I paid for! I hope they will listen to you. My next step is BBB & Federal Trade Commission ! I want a full refund and never hear about Dresshead again! Very Dishonest business, stay CLEAR !
