I ordered a Fire Pit from Wayfair.SKU #ED1009- A Blue Rhino product -Endless Summer brand. It was a good product; assembled easily. As I assembled it, I noticed the end-cap on one of the four legs was missing.Since it's a fire pit, I didn't want the product to be off-balance with a fire burning! There was a contact number for Replacement Parts from Blue Rhino. I called-was given a replacement part order # and was told to send an email that verified I ordered this product with the Replacement Part order number in the subject line,along with the Blue Rhino agent's name in the body of the email. I followed the directions and received a call/message from the agent indicating he could not order the end cap for the leg, it was unavailable. But, how lucky I was, that I could send the product back to Wayfair for a new Fire pit, as it was just purchased. Why does the customer have to disassemble a new product, box it up and return it to Wayfair and pay for shipping! Wayfair isn't the manufacturer.The problem occurred with Blue Rhino's quality control methods. I called the agent back and left a message indicating,If end caps for the legs are not available as replacements- I suggest he send me an entire leg with an endcap and to please call me back'. The agent has not called back. I tried to find a contact email or telephone number for Blue Rhino corporate. I was unsuccessful. I will not purchase another Blue Rhino product-I give their customer satisfaction rating a minus one.
