Update by user Jul 16, 2021 Seller agreed with reasons for return Original review posted by user Jul 16, 2021 Complained about lousy customer service Supervisor responded but never followed up even after several more requests for customer service reps incomplete behavior User's recommendation: Be careful refund policy burdensome and lacks common sense Seller shredded with reason for return but that was not enough for reverb customer service rep made me jumped through hoops to finally get a refund after seller agreed my complaint was valid Then reverb made a big deal that seller would not be charged for return shipped as if that benefited me What incompetent!!
