Hello, I have been a TX Tag customer for several years with my account set up to draft from credit card to cover all Toll Bills. For unknown reasons Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority was not able to apply my TX Tag account to the charges that occurred in the month of March and billed me $55.72 on May 5, 2021. I have spoken to several TX Tag agents that confirmed my account was in good standing and did not know why the TX Tag did not work. They encouraged me to submit an inquiry. I have since submitted numerous inquiries and attached both sides of all bills to dispute the excessive charges. I constantly receive a programmed response telling me to submit copies of these bills. On June 5 I received a new bill in the amount of $69.72 due to non payment. After submitting another inquiry I then mailed hard copies of the bills to TX Tag 2 weeks ago and followed up with a new inquiry. They continue to ask for copies of the bills. I received another bill from Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority for $84.72 because TX Tag refuses to help me. I want to pay what we owe for our bills taking in account the correct charges for maintaining a TX Tag account in good standing. However I refuse to pay the excessive charges and non payment fees that occurred due to issues with TX Tag. Please help me. We are responsible citizens and I don't want this to go further.
