LACK OF QUALITY AND REDWOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE MGR RESPONSE

2019 Redwood 3881ES The overall unit quality (i apologize for using the word quality in the same sentence with a Redwood A/K/A JUNKWOOD) is on the extreme side of the poor scale and had to be constructed AND assembled in the dark. Then the Customer manager Shelly Zartman firmly let me know that it is only an RV, I spend to much time in it and have too many miles on the unit. Followed by "well it does go down the highway at hurricane-force winds" Speechless I was!!!! one of the repair facilities said this unit should be a factory buyback, My thoughts they don't even want to buy back suck a poor quality product as I assume no junkyard would want it as its below junkyard standards. 1.) It's only an RV!!! with a list price above $130,000. 2.) I spend too much time in it. It's a Full-time residential RV. 3.) Too many miles. 1500 Miles for my needs. 2500 miles to repair facilities. User's recommendation: Avoid this manufactuer buy a superior quality 2 man tent at a thrift store.
