I purchases a Condo from Century 21 Juan Perdomo in Cabarete. There was a total lack of paper work and procedure. The project was delayed for months with no information given to buyers. A lack of any paperwork in the process and general disregard for clients. When the project was finished the wood work in the Condo began to split and warp with total disregard by the Agency. The project was expanded beyond the initial phase with no information given to the initial buyers which resulted in many unsold units and a devaluation of the units that were purchased.
