I returned an item to the kitchen and the manager never approached me to see what the problem was. I eat at this establishment many times a month and witness TOM not assisting his crew and mainly hiding in the back....he never greets guests or approaches tables to see how their dining experience is. I have inquired to the staff about him and they are definitely not fond of him. User's recommendation: Dine somewhere else.
