Arrived 7/13/21 3pm. Checked in with service desk and was told I had 3 trucks ahead of me. At 9pm was told 1 truck ahead of me.. At 1.30am(7/14/21) finally pulled truck into shop for 2 steer tires ,2 front shocks and front end alignment. At 3am two front tires installed, and told they didn't have the correct shocks available and could have them by 8am. 9am shocks arrived and installed at 11am. It's now 2pm and still no alignment. Very disappointed . User's recommendation: Try to find different shop.
