Lack of honoring warranty and customer service

We bought a 2018 M335 Mallard brand new at Camping World of Columbus Ohio. My wife has become incapacitated 6 months after purchase. Used 3 times never moved. Trying to sell it. Person called wanted to look at it. I went to open camper, has been closed up. Water had leaked in the top of slide out and down the side thus eating the insulation and wetting the inside. Called Heartland, sent pictures, they say it is insurance problem, insurance co. says warranty. DO NOT BUY HEARTLAND User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY REPEAT DO NOT BUY.
