Lack of handicapped accessibility.

1

I was in our local Dollar Tree store twice last week. Both times, I made sizable purchases. Both times, I was accompanied only by my son, who has Down Syndrome, and both times I had to leave my purchases, unguarded, at tge entrance of the store, in order to go get the car. I was told that carts are not permitted to be taken out of the store. The second of my two trips, I saw a man, who was both elderly and handicapped, struggling to get out of the store with his purchases. Th st same day, I also witnessed an elderly woman also struggling to get to her car, purchases in hand. When people make sizeable purchases in this store, they should have the right to know that they can get those things safely to their vehicles. I called Corporate last week, left a detailed message on voicemail, and to date, have heard nothing back.
