Lack of feedback

Why are people on Care.com reaching out to me in search of a nanny yet they have no job posted? This is happening numerous times, they compliment my profile and really want to hire me, then when I respond, they don't respond back. Care.com, you really need to do something about this! D User's recommendation: Don't respond anyone that reaches out to you on Care.com if they don't have a job posted!
