You can never get a hold of anyone. I have tried for two days, no email, no agents to answer the calls. For a company that says they have 24/7 live agents to help, that does not look too good on them. Also, the fact that anyone in the USA can add your number to their account without you even knowing it does not sound like a great business plan. I did not know anything about this until I needed to set up an account!Do not use this User's recommendation: Do not use this company.
