I ordered a bagger for my riding mower. It showed up with the box demolished and ripped open. Parts were missing which made it completely unusable. I've been on the phone for a total of two hours with no answers. You can't find their email anywhere and their "chat' is no help at all. Customer support is terrible. User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere.
