Lack of customer service and long waits

I have been trying to solve a porting problem with a land line for some time. I found 1 person who was helpful, however when I had to make a "3rd party confirmation" I was cut off. I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours only to find that there was no one who could help. It is very common to wait for more than an hour to get through to someone who usually can't help and does not speek good english. When asked to leave a callback number no one ever calls back. The phone service is good once that the account is up and running, just there customer service and their web page login needs much work to come up to barely acceptable, Theyneed to hire many people to solve the long waits and conserted effort to fix the web page to match good customer service offered by many other companies.
