ORDER SEVEN PRODUCTS FROM WOMAN WITHIN. RECEIVED SIX ITEMS NOT SEVEN. SPENT A TOTAL OF 110 MINUTES ON HOLD WAITING TO GET THIS RESOLVED. FINALLY ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE TODAY WHO TELLS ME THEY'LL MAIL ME AN AFFIDAVIT TO SIGN AND RETURN AND THEY'LL INVESTIGATE. INVESTIGATE WHAT???? MAYBE TALK TO THE EMPLOYEE THAT PACKED IT FOR SHIPMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE, HRLL User's recommendation: BUT ELSEWHERE.

》 AFTER FOUR DAYS OF TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE (ANYONE) AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR 40 MINUTES EACH TIME, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP ME WITH A RETURN ITEM.
