Lack of accountability.

This summer I was rear ended by one of this companies delivery trucks. After the insurance paid what they felt was the value of my car, not only did I still owe money but I now have no car. I called risk management at the corporate office and asked if they were satisfied with this outcome from a customer service perspective. Risk management responded that they were not going to pay anything over what the insurance paid, they were not there to be satisfied, it sounded like I was presenting them with a moral issue, and that they are running a business. I wouldn’t be doing business with a company that isn’t concerned with moral issues.
