Lab Diamonds are NOT REAL!

2

I purchased two rings from JOL, very excited to receive them. Because of the exceptionally low price, I also purchased a diamond tester to ensure that the stones I was getting were in fact real. On the website, they state these products as being real diamonds, GIA certified, and even that their business is accredited on the Better Business Bureau. This is TOTAL NONSENSE. Not only were my stones completely fake, but I also looked in the BBB's database after and found NO record of this business existing anywhere. I fortunately was refunded for my products once I send them back, but the audacity to blatantly falsely advertise your products, as well as to purposefully mislead potential customers regarding your credibility (as well as the authenticity of your items) is disgusting. I didn't say any of these things during the returns process for my items, as I wanted to make sure that I was reimbursed, but now that I have been I feel it is necessary to warn future customers. DO NOT buy your diamonds - lab grown or otherwise - from here. I have no idea what kind of scam this company is running, but people deserve better. I found much better luck on Etsy, where thankfully, their reviews aren't filtered to only show the positive ones. Save yourself the hassle - don't support scammers.
