I had cash and didn't want to drive to the bank and deposit it to order these PC parts. So I approached the small one man company, payed a small fee (around $20) to have them build the PC. This company is a complete ripoff because of what happened here. Before I approached the company I had the computer disassembled. So, first of all... I payed for one day shipping on a Wednesday. Although I have no proof I believe he took my money and bought the regular shipping because it got here on the following Wednesday. Even then I asked him when i should drop the parts off. He replied by saying that he cant work on my PC because it was already taken apart. On Top of that the time we confirmed to drop the PC parts off, he rescheduled the day before into a time i couldn't drop it off. Then when I ask him when i can pick up the parts so i can build it, he goes on to tell me that by him not being able to work on my PC and having to give me the parts to build it, that all warranties are void... Including dead on arrival parts. So i needed it sooner so I decided to just get the parts from him and build it myself since he was being difficult and said he wouldn't build it. Then he continues to refuse to refund me my $20 build fee. This guy was also really hard to get a hold of at times. So because the shipping was so late I asked him if I could pick the parts up on the Tuesday night that they came in. He then has the audacity to say no and pick them up the next day. This guy had a very negative tone towards me most of the time. Overall Kwongger Development was a very bad experience for me. Hopefully it was or will be better for others, but my experience was worse than it would have been to go to the bank and order it.
