I bought a high end dishwasher and the first time I ran it it flooded my kitchen. There was a defective part. KitchenAid would not replace the dishwasher because it can be fixed. My issue is that they could not tell me when they will be able to get the part and I will have to wash my dishes by hand until it is fixed. It did not work from day 1 and since they could not fix it right away they should replace it as a goodwill gesture. Kitchen Aid customer service does not care about their clients. User's recommendation: Do not buy KitchenAid products - if there is a problem - Customer service does not address to the satisfaction of their client.
