I got the wrong shoe. offered me 12% discount on next order. there is not going to be another order. I have 18 emails of correspondence. between myself and Clare. I'm demanding 35% refund or I will take it to court. 18 emails & 2 months, still no resolution. so rest easy boys cos I'm going to get these c**ks****rs.
