Kissaluvs.com. Slander.. Please help stop this …

http://www.kissaluvs.com/. This a company who is slandering our web design company.. She wanted her website fixed which was in bad shape fixed. Regarding the platform she was using we could not due all she wanted. She then did a charge back thru paypal. Paypal did not release her the money. We did take hours and did all we could for her. I was willing to give her back a refund , I suggested a refund amount and she refused. Now she is slandering my business names.. BBB closed the case.. Here are some noted from the bbb. We will try to address Ms. Nibber's items as thoroughly as possible. 1. We operate under various names. Yes, we do have several business names offering similar web services. Each of those names try's to target specific audiences and their needs. They are all operated the same way but advertised and promoted specifically to those audiences and market shares. Some focus on e-commerce and business products while others are designed for the promotions or services market. 2. We are utilizing overseas labor or programming. We do not use overseas labor but due to our schedules and obligations some calls can only be handled after normal business hours. Technical calls require longer than normally available during our 8 - 5 hours. To maintain a very aggressive schedule some technical calls are only handled after 7 CST to allow time to prepare for the calls. 3. We were using a Credit Card processor at the time of her purchase. She had the option to use our payment processing services. Those services did not allow American Express payments but MasterCard, Visa, and Discover were all acceptable at the time. We did not have our permanent PayPal services established when she made her purchase. We offered the account she used as an option to use her PayPal account. 4. Accepting work that could not be done. In the initial contact we were only able to make a very minimal assessment for the work requested. Like many construction remodeling projects the scale of the project and the limitations of the existing website constrained what could be done and what could not. We worked on the site for more than a week and tried to explain to her many times that the foundation of her existing site would not support the type of changes and modifications she had identified as ''maintenance''. The scale of work would truly be a complete reconstruction of her site from the ground up and that we would be able to help her with that. Her response was she did not have the time to participate in the amount of work required to build a new site. We spent many hours to work with her on the site. It is unfortunate that we were not able to meet her expectations and her assumptions. Many times technical projects appear simple but are not as straight forward. We offered many alternatives and tried to explain the limitations. There was never a ''Scam'' to offer services with no intent on fulfilling them. Since then Ms. Nibber has begun a personal campaign to express her displeasure. We have responded to her statements and her allegations. We have expended time and labor for her website along with the engineering time to identify its limitations. The funds she paid cover that work effort. We have no issues with a partial refund but that option has not been acceptable to Ms. Nibber.
