Kim alessi processed my order and never sent it

I ordered some jewlery from the website and they processed the order on Mar. 27, 2008 and now it is three months later and they still haven't sent it or responded to my emails asking for the status. At no time in the order process did they indicate that the items were not in stock or that there would be a delay in shipment of the items. I have sent 6 emails in total asking for an update and they are ignored. This was a jeweler that was recommended by Domino magazine so I thought it would be legitimate.
