Kicked out ahead of time, extremely rude

Catch Air John's Creek GA manager and staff were very rude. They were really sick to ruin a kid's birthday party. In our case, we booked for 2 hours of fun in a private party some time in October. 2017. Paid a whopping 1000 bucks total( pvt. Party, + food). These people 1st told us that kids can play for some time, then eat the cake and then come back to the play area again. However, once the kids were inside the room to cut the cake, our Catch Air host said that they cannot go back to play again as it is against their policy. It was 15-20 minutes short of the agreed upon time. I felt humiliated having to ask my guests to leave all of a sudden. Next, at the time of payment, I asked them that I will cut their payment for 15 minutes for which that they did not let the kids play. Instead of apologizing for their mistake for having conveyed the wrong information, they started to argue. Matter escalated and they called the police. The police told me that they can't help much and that I will have to pay for now and then claim through the credit card company. That is another matter, but I'd rather stay away from this place.
