Kia Stikland: NO customer service!

I have a Kia Soul and one of my headlights doesn't work anymore, needs replacement. I phone Kia, and they say I can just come in. I drive there, get there at 11.20, and I am being told by the guard that tells me where to park, that the parts department is in a meeting. So I say, ok, I go to the service department then, surely someone, anyone, will be able to sell me a light and fit it, it usually takes a few minutes only!!! But the guard tells me that they are in their own meeting! Then someone comes outside from the parts department and confirms what the guard had told me, We are in a meeting and therefore cannot assist you!. Really???? IF you absolutely have to be in a meeting at 11.20 in the morning....., then you make sure that there is some skeleton staff still available to assist customers! But staff meetings should usually be held outside of trading hours, or not?!? What kind of customer service is that?? This is a typical example of bad customer service, or better say: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL at Kia Stikland !!! User's recommendation: Don’t expect good customer service.
