Engine failure getting runaround on my reimbursement of $4000. Paid in 2019. I was told not on recall then received recall letter in January 2021. I submitted all requested documentation and asked for additional compensation. I was told should get my reimbursement by July 2021. I am now told still under review and could be another 3 months. UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE HELP
