Hi I have flights booked for 20th August for 7 Adults and 1 child. I contact KLM as the flights are with them. They said I am entitle to a refund but I had to contact yous direct. I have tried to ring but no contact number for your customer services. Flight reference is - JQQ7FG Kirsty Thompson
