Keurig Coffee maker

I bought this months ago and had moved so Idid not set this up. This is the second one that I have owned that almost immediately started with not accepting the keurig cups stating they are not keurig cups, which they are. I have used this twice so although it is months old it was packed away. Too late to bring back. Where can I get a replacement. This machine was over $100 with the water on the side. I don't want to have to lose money for the second time. Please note I only buy Keurig so that is not the issue but the machine stops me from making coffee.
