I got solar panels installed at my home and blackhills is keeping me from using them . They told me 8 weeks before they can install my meter I'm making a solar payment and a energy payment.thats not right it only takes minutes to install a meter I pay my bill every month never late all I want is to use what I payed for

》 I moved and BHE refused to turn transfer my account for gas. They kept saying there was a leak some where. I found out by accident the meter was plugged in the side where the gas came into the house.
