After the holidays. Paid for carpeted stairs, family room and upstairs landing. They left my landing discolored with white looking residue (on tan carpet). I called back to report and they sent another *** poor crew out with the same results! Finally, a "higher up" manager came out and offered to do again. My answer was an emphatic NO! My carpet is ruined and although I received a refund, it does not cover the cost of my carpet replacement. I would NEVER refer them to anyone!! Beware
